Training

All adult leaders must complete the BSA's Youth Protection Training. This valuable course ensures that we follow the highest standards in safety and security for our children.

You can complete this in person at our fall parent meeting or online at your convenience. Simply register at my.scouting.org and select Youth Protection Training from the menu. Parents are encouraged to take the online training too.

Did you know you can also grow your leadership skills through online BSA training? All adults--from den leaders to committee members--can learn online at my.scouting.org. A high level of training helps Pack 85 maintain its Journey to Excellence gold!

Leaders can also hone their Scouting skills at the fall and spring University of Scouting events, as well as monthly District Roundtables on the 3rd Thursday of each month at Hillcrest United Methodist Church.
